A WARM FAMILY HOME

WITH A FARMHOUSE FLAIR.

K and J had spent many happy years in their previous Inglewood home and knew one thing for sure: they didn’t want to leave the neighborhood. What they had outgrown was the house itself. With their family evolving, they chose to build a new home a few blocks away.

The vision was clear: a home that felt cozy, warm, and welcoming, filled with natural light and ample storage, a major pain point in their previous space. They wanted character and comfort over anything too sleek or contemporary.

To achieve this, we grounded the home in warm-toned hardwood floors paired with off-white walls and cabinetry. Patterned tile, natural stone, and black accents are woven throughout the home to add depth and contrast, while custom black metal doors in the foyer make a subtle yet striking first impression.

The result is a home that feels thoughtful, lived-in, and full of light — a place where every family member has their own sunny corner, and where hosting, relaxing, and growing together comes naturally.
