A french-inspired farmhouse

with a million-dollar view.

From the very first meeting, our client knew what she wanted: a a bright, modern farmhouse with a French touch.

The custom home, situated just outside of Priddis, was built on top of a hill with a country view for miles in every direction. We wanted to maximize that view with as many windows as possible, and then allow it to shine by keeping the interior bright and neutral.

We brought in a subtle French flair through the use of iron-toned fixtures, limestone plaster accents, distressed wood beams, and checkerboard floors reminiscent of a countryside villa.

The open kitchen features a walk-in pantry, a large island for entertaining, a plaster range hood, and a handcrafted zellige tile backsplash. It faces into the living room, which has its own limestone plaster application and wide patio doors that open onto a view of the Rocky Mountains.
